 Effective Inclusion and Engagement metrics are critical to achieving the desired outcomes while saving time and resources. 

  • Employee Demographics data tracks the percentage of employees from various groups, such as women, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. When it comes to identifying gaps and opportunities, demographics can quickly focus your efforts to show return on investment. Studies show that organizations that collect in-depth workplace demographic data are better equipped to build an inclusive culture than those that don’t.
