Building an Intentional Culture

Most would agree that 2020 marked a significant shift in the personal and professional lives of many in the US and around the world.  Just as the inequities and challenges of the pandemic were coming into full view, the killing of George Floyd shook the world and seemed to elevate workplace culture to its rightful level of priority. Almost two years later, many are asking if the focus on workplace culture as a leadership imperative has run its course.

Deb Sinta, Vice President for Global Talent, Inclusion and Culture at Tenneco is an organizational development leader with a track record of transforming cultures, building organizational effectiveness, fostering engagement, and delivering results. She argues that leaders need to be intentional in order to keep the momentum in building a culture of inclusion and engagement and to succeed and thrive as an organization. In this webinar, Sonya Sepahban, OurOffice CEO will join Deb to discuss:

  • Why must workplace culture remain a leadership imperative?
  • What does it mean to be intentional about workplace culture?
  • Examples of innovative HR practices for building an intentional culture of inclusion and engagement.
